1. Scope & Applicability
This policy applies to goods purchased from KGLC Trading for export/import, unless another agreement expressly overrides it (such as customised orders, or goods shipped under “non-returnable” terms). By placing an order, you agree to the terms herein.
2. Cancellation Before Shipment
If you wish to cancel an order before shipment, you must notify us in writing. We may accept cancellation, subject to any costs incurred (such as supplier or logistics charges). Refunds for payments already made will be processed after deduction of such costs within 30 days.
3. Returns After Shipment
Returns are accepted only if goods are faulty, damaged in transit, incorrectly supplied, or do not match the agreed specification. Claims for other reasons (e.g., change of mind) will be at our discretion and may involve costs for return freight, customs duties and handling.
You must inspect goods immediately upon arrival and notify us in writing of any issue within 7 days of delivery, giving full details and photos.
We may require the return of the goods (in original packaging, unused) for inspection or replacement, or issue a refund/credit at our discretion.
4. Non-Returnable Goods
Certain goods may not be returnable, including but not limited to: customised or made-to-order items, perishables, goods shipped under “final-sale” terms, or goods that have been used or altered.
5. Refund Process
Once we confirm eligibility for refund or credit, we will process within 30 days using the same method as payment, unless otherwise agreed.
Refund amount will exclude shipping, duties, taxes, custom clearance fees, and any costs we incurred or prepaid on your behalf (unless goods are proven to be our fault).
If you received credit for export incentives or subsidies that must be repaid because of the return, you are responsible for those repayments.
6. Shipping & Return Costs
Return freight, handling, customs charges and duties incurred will be borne by you unless the return is due to our error.
If our error caused the return (e.g., wrong or defective goods), we will reimburse reasonable return shipping costs (subject to us approving the route/method).
7. Inspection & Approval
Returned goods will be subject to inspection. We reserve the right to refuse returns that do not meet requirements (e.g., damaged, used, missing original packaging, or goods shipped under non-returnable terms). In such cases no refund will be issued.
8. Replacement Goods
If applicable, we may replace the defective or incorrect goods rather than offering refund. You agree to cooperate with reasonable requests (e.g., providing photos, allowing inspection).
9. Dispute Resolution
In case of dispute, we will attempt to resolve matters amicably. If unresolved, matters will be subject to the governing law and jurisdiction stated in our Terms & Conditions.
